The concert went so well!

The charity concert in Park place went so well in last night. I got a bouquet of flower from the organizer! I do not have time to upload the photos of the concert. But I promise I will do it after my holiday back from the USA!

L. Einaudi Lens Pouch

My husband has been asking for a pouch from me for a long time. Finally, I have made a pouch for his new camera lens. This camera lens pouch is designed by a photographer for photographers. Thank you Ayumi for the tute. I have modified the pouch into a quilted camera lens pouch. Therefore, it's slightly different as Ayumi's one. The pouch is big enough to carry a 50mm or 60mm prime lens with its lens hood attached. The double draw strings give instant and secure closure. The pouch is lined with lint free fabric to minimise dust and fibres collecting in the lens elements. My husband likes it so much and ask for more!

My 2010 Christmas present

A couple of weeks ago I cleaned my sewing room and found a set of polka dot cake tins inside my cupboard. I just couldn't resist to take out my camera and took some shots of this lovely set of cake tins. This set of cake tins is given by my good buddy, Ivana during the last Christmas. Thank you Ivana for this lovely Christmas present. I love it so much!

William Walton Cosmetic Pouch

Another cosmetic pouch for my sister. I hope she will like it!
I love doing things for friends and family.....

Thank you Kim for her fabulous tutorial!

Rameau cosmetic pouch

Hi! I'm back! I was quite busy for the past few weeks. Anyway, I still managed to make this cosmetic pouch for my mother-in-law before she went back to Malaysia. Here you go..... She loves oriental fabrics so much. Therefore, I made this pouch by using the oriental fabrics. Again, I got the tutorial from Moda Bake Shop by Kim.

Brahms cosmetic pouch

It's been quite a long time I didn't share my sewings on my blog. I was so busy during the summer. My mother and mother-in-law were here for holiday. We went out in all the weekends. I didn't even have time to sit down for my sewing, my blog and my singing!

They went back to Malaysia last week and now I have my own quiet time. :) Anyway, I quite miss them though.

Finally, I have made something for myself. Recently, I just found out that the combination of aqua/ turquoise, red, pink and white are so beautiful. I have never tried this combination before. This is my first attempt. I found this pattern from the moda bake shop. I made this cosmetic pouch out of a Moda charm pack, Sophie. Don't you think the colours are sweet?
