The King Of Spare Ribs

During my childhood, I often ordered this dish "Pai Guat Wong" (Cantonese) in the restaurant. This is my favourite dish!
I always failed to order this dish in the restaurants in this country cause I couldn't find the name of this dish on the menu. After a while, I realised the real name of this dish is "Jing Du Pai Gu" (Mandarin).
